Fast Response is comprised of and employs industry leading experts in the fields of pre-hospital and emergency workers safety, spirometry, respiratory protection and audiology.

Casey Terribilini, D.C., FAFICC

Dr. Terribilini is the president of Fast Response On-Site Testing. He is a well-known chiropractor in the San Francisco Bay Area and a nationally recognized leader in the field of the treatment and prevention or work-related injuries.

Dr. Terribilini is a graduate of Palmer College West, is on the faculty of several local colleges and has over three decades of pre-hospital and emergency services experience. Dr. Terribilini is a qualified NIOSH Practicum Instructor for respiratory protection.

Christopher Dunn, M.D., FCCP

Dr. Dunn is the Medical Director for Fast Response Onsite Testing. His impressive credentials include; Stanford University School of Medicine — Loma Linda University Medical Center, Internal Medicine Residency– Loma Linda University Medical Center, Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine — Practiced at Sequoia Hospital 1988 until present– US Air Force Flight Surgeon 2005 to present — American Medical Response Ambulance Company, Medical Director 1996 to present.

Richard Kemp, D.C.

Dr. Kemp is a chiropractor in the San Francisco Bay Area and also has over three decades of pre-hospital and emergency services experience.

Dr. Kemp is a graduate of the prestigious Palmer College West and has practiced in the Bay Area for more than twenty years.

Kimmy Cantlen, Office Manager

Ms. Cantlen has worked with Dr. Terribilini for many years and manages the day to day operation of Fast Response. Her bubbly, friendly personality combined with her sharp business acumen makes her a pleasure to work with.

Alan Palmer, PhD, MPH

Dr. Palmer is president of Palmer & Associates, a company specializing in Spirometry and Respiratory Protection training, epidemiology, and advisory services Dr. Palmer is a respiratory disease epidemiologist with over 30 years experience in pulmonary function testing and industrial testing. While with NIOSH he was the Director of Field Studies, and then Director of Health Surveillance Services at Stanford Research Institute.(SRI) This NIOSH approved spirometry training program was exclusively developed by Dr. Palmer and has been used for training medical professionals in the USA, Canada, Mexico, Europe, W. Africa and the Caribbean over the past 25 years.

Charles Fankhauser, PhD

Dr. Fankhauser holds a Masters degree in Audiology from Stanford University and a doctorate in speech and hearing sciences from the University of Washington. His extensive background and expertise include; Certified Course Director Council on Accreditation of Occupational Hearing Conservationists. Certificate of Clinical Competence in Audiology, American Speech Language, Hearing Association. Fellow American Academy of Audiology. Fellow California Academy of Audiology. Member National Hearing Conservation Association.

Adora J. Palmer, BA CST

Vice president of Palmer Associates and a Certified Spirometry Technician. She has over 20 years experience in pulmonary function and spirometry testing as the supervising technician for the Palmer Associates medical testing division and as co-Instructor of the NIOSH approved spirometry training courses. She was involved in the development of the course content and writing of the manual.

Kendra Anderson, BS, CST

Founder of Fast Response On-Site Testing (FROST). Kendra is a certified spirometry technician she has conducted spirometry testing in the field for Palmer Associates and worked as a Practicum Instructor for 15 years prior to becoming an authorized course director for the NIOSH approved Spirometry Training courses.
