Hearing Conservation Training

Hearing Conservation Training

Every year, approximately 30 million people in the United States are occupationally exposed to hazardous noise. Fortunately, the incidence of noise-induced hearing loss can be reduced or eliminated through the successful application of engineering controls and hearing conservation training programs.

FROST offers a choice of proven education programs that will fulfill the employer’s annual requirement for hearing conservation education/training.
This instruction can be scheduled to coincide with the employees’ annual hearing tests or on a date that more suitably fits into the company’s annual safety training calendar. Time tested teaching methods and current training materials combine to hold the participants’ attention. At your directive ,presentations can be tailored to emphasize specific objectives for the workplace.

“OSHA 29CFR 1910.95 The employer shall administer a continuing, effective hearing conservation program, whenever employee noise exposures equal or exceed an 8-hour time-weighted average sound level (TWA) of 85 decibels.”
