Fast Response is comprised of and employs industry leading experts in the fields of pre-hospital and emergency workers safety, spirometry, respiratory protection and audiology.

terribiliniCasey Terribilini, D.C., FAFICC Dr. Terribilini is the president of Fast Response On-Site Testing. He is a well-known chiropractor in the San Francisco Bay Area and a nationally recognized leader in the field of the treatment and prevention or work-related injuries.Dr. Terribilini is a graduate of Palmer College West, is on the faculty of several local colleges and has over three decades of pre-hospital and emergency services experience. Dr. Terribilini is a qualified NIOSH Practicum Instructor for respiratory protection.


dunnChristopher Dunn, M.D., FCCP Dr. Dunn is the Medical Director for Fast Response Onsite Testing. His impressive credentials include; Stanford University School of Medicine — Loma Linda University Medical Center, Internal Medicine Residency– Loma Linda University Medical Center, Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine — Practiced at Sequoia Hospital 1988 until present– US Air Force Flight Surgeon 2005 to present — American Medical Response Ambulance Company, Medical Director 1996 to present.


kempRichard Kemp, D.C. Dr. Kemp is a chiropractor in the San Francisco Bay Area and also has over three decades of pre-hospital and emergency services experience.Dr. Kemp is a graduate of the prestigious Palmer College West and has practiced in the Bay Area for more than twenty years.


cantlen1Kimmy Cantlen, Office Manager Ms. Cantlen has worked with Dr. Terribilini for many years and manages the day to day operation of Fast Response. Her bubbly, friendly personality combined with her sharp business acumen makes her a pleasure to work with.


jesus-gJesus Guerrero – Pre-Hospital Compliance Manager Jesus has been a member of FROST’s pre-hospital health and safety division since October 2012. He has over a decade of pre-hospital experience as both a provider and educator. He is a NIOSH Certified Spirometry Technician, is a pre-hospital physical agility test administrator and oversees QA/QI on all new hire and annual pre-hospital health and safety paperwork for FROST. Jesus works closely with FROST’s pre-hospital employers health and safety representatives to insure their workforce remains compliant and ready to respond.


Joel Williamson, D.C. Dr. Willaimson is a well-respected chiropractor in the San Francisco Bay Area. He is a Federal Certified Medical Examiner for commercial driver examinations and heads FROST’s hearing and vision screening programs. He is also a certified pre-hospital agility test provider for our pre-hospital health and safety division.  Dr. Williamson is a graduate of the prestigious Palmer College West and has practiced in the Bay Area for more than twenty years.


Robin McKeegan, Ph.D.  Dr. McKeegan has been with Fast Response Onsite Testing (FROST) since its inception in 1997. He is a senior technician and the lead trainer for new employees at FROST in respiratory protection, hearing conservation and mobile audio testing – he is NIOSH and CAOHC certified and is adjunct faculty for NIOSH spirometry.


Andrew Saltmarsh, Client Services and Audio / Respiratory Field Technician Andrew has been a member of the FROST team for several years. He is a NIOSH Certified Spirometry Technician and he is also CAOHC certified for Occupational Hearing Conservation testing. Andrew is also qualified and performs PAT (Physical Agility Testing) testing services with FROST’s pre-hospital health and safety division. Andrew is a graduate of UC Santa Cruz and is currently in charge of FROST Client Services, maintaining client contact/dates and retest/testing scheduling for compliance services.


Juan Gallegos, Audio / Respiratory Field Technician Juan has been with FROST for many years and he is a NIOSH Certified Spirometry Technician and he is also CAOHC certified for Occupational Hearing Conservation testing. He is a senior technician and one of the lead trainers for new employees at FROST in respiratory protection, hearing conservation and mobile audio testing.


David Rosales, Audio / Respiratory Field Technician David recently joined FROST and he is a NIOSH Certified Spirometry Technician and he is also CAOHC certified for Occupational Hearing Conservation testing. David is a graduate of UC Santa Cruz and is currently focused on FROST’s travel program, providing fit test services to 30 hospitals Nationwide. He also has pitched in and is using his organizational skills to keep our equipment and supplies organized and inventoried.


Trevor Granados, Audio / Respiratory Field Technician Trevor recently joined FROST and he is a NIOSH Certified Spirometry Technician and he is also CAOHC certified for Occupational Hearing Conservation testing. Trevor is a born and raised local and is currently focused on FROST’s travel program, providing fit test services to 30 hospitals Nationwide. He also recently branched over to our pre-hospital health and safety division providing compliance services. Trevor has also pitched in with facilities and vehicle fleet maintenance.
