The expanded business from SRMI will be pulled under the FROST banner and will run from the FROST mobile operations center located in Santa Cruz, CA. Due to the ever demanding Regulatory Agencies laws and regulations, SRMI and FROST wanted to serve their customers with more comprehensive programs to meet these demands. This merger allows for a broader menu of options for regulatory compliance needs.
